The Culver Parks Department will be installing six new bike racks around Culver, thanks to MACOG’s 2019 Bicycle Parking Improvement Project.
Culver Park Superintendent Amber Cowell said two post and ring bike racks will be installed around the Culver Beach Lodge, one will be located by the new Cavalier Sports Park by the Culver Community School Corporation, one at the Culver Town Hall, and two near the area by the Farmer’s Market.
According to MACOG, the organization provided around 100 bike racks for the region. MACOG officials received twelve applications with a total request for 121 bike racks.
