The Knox School Board accepted almost $8,000 in donations this week. Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart says $1,000 of that was from the VFW.
“That was a donation of $500 to the KCES Haunted Hallway and also an additional $500 for the delinquent student lunch accounts,” he explains.
Almost $6,200 came from the Irish Pub for the Class of 2021 prom, while the Proud Indiana Freemasons donated $665 for the K-12 music department.
In other business Monday, Reichhart says the school board renewed the corporation’s agreement with Go Solutions Group. The company helps many local school districts with the Medicaid reimbursement process.
