Pulaski County employees will get Christmas Eve off this year, after all. The 2019 holiday schedule initially gave employees December 26 off instead of December 24, but Commissioner Kenny Becker said last week that some employees wanted that changed.
“Last year, we set this,” he said. “I wish they would’ve brought it up instead of waited until a month before this happens. We gave them the 25th and the 26th off, and they’re asking to have the 24th off now, instead of the 26th.”
The commissioners unanimously agreed to make the requested change.
