The Culver Town Council members will soon review quotes for security cameras for the Culver Town Park.
Culver Town Manager Jonathan Leist told the council members last week that Park Superintendent Amber Cowell has been working with Vermillion Systems, and electric and internet companies to look at the installation of security cameras at the park. It was previously mentioned that residents would like to see security cameras at the pier slips, but it may not be financially feasible.
Leist noted that those involved are still waiting to see how the internet can be connected to the cameras before they move forward with getting quotes.
Quotes may be up for council consideration during their next meeting on Jan. 28.
