The snow came just in time for this weekend’s Culver’s Winterfest event.
The ice sculpture tour begins tonight at 6 p.m. with sculptures all over the town of Culver with a kick-off party at 8 p.m.
Tomorrow, the Lion’s Club pancake breakfast starts at 8 a.m. at the Culver Train Depot, with the Cupid’s Dart 5K and 2.5K fun run at 9 a.m., kid’s activities at the Main Street Studio in the Town Park from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., with the ice fights and beer garden from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Sledding, igloos and live ice sculpting will be ongoing on Saturday.
On Sunday, the chili cook-off is from noon to 3 p.m. and the polar plunge is at 2 p.m., with more sledding and igloo fun in the Culver Town Park.
