The North Judson Police Department is reporting success with last weekend’s events. Sunday’s Freezin’ for a Reason raised $462 for the department’s K9 fund, according to Town Marshal Kelly Fisher. During Monday’s town council meeting, Fisher thanked the officers and council members who took part.
Meanwhile, she said last Saturday’s women’s self defense class had a really good turnout. Fisher plans to hold more in the future, following requests from the participants.
