Pulaski Memorial Hospital has launched an online COVID-19 screening tool, as well as a 24-hour hotline.
The hospital says they’re deigned to help answer patients’ questions about COVID-19 and to start the screening process before they go to the hospital or one of its clinics. To determine patients’ risk, they will be asked about their symptoms, health and travel histories, and community exposure.
The online screening tool can be found on Pulaski Memorial Hospital’s website, pmhnet.com. The hospital’s COVID-19 hotline can be reached at 574-946-2586.
