Winamac Middle School Principal Ryan Dickinson will be back at work Wednesday, after allegations of misconduct were found to be unsubstantiated.
In a press release Tuesday, Eastern Pulaski School Superintendent Dara Chezem said the school corporation reached that conclusion after completing its investigation. Chezem also said that school officials were informed that no criminal charges will be filed against Dickinson, and a related Department of Child Services investigation also found that the allegations were unsubstantiated.
Dickinson had been on paid administrative leave since February 7. He is being returned to full duty, effective Wednesday.
Dickinson is one of two Eastern Pulaski principals who were recently investigated for misconduct allegations. Winamac High School Principal Jeremy Tucker resigned last month, after school officials launched an investigation back in January.
