Starke County EMS will accept cloth masks if residents have them to donate.
According to Starke County Health Nurse Frank Lynch, the plain cloth masks can be used for patients with respiratory issues while the N95 masks and surgical masks can be used for emergency responders.
EMS Director Travis Clary previously commented that N95 and surgical masks are in limited supply and there is about a 20-week back order of these supplies. He appreciates all of the support of the community.
