The North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation is expecting to start school as planned on August 12. In a Facebook post last week, Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin said the school corporation won’t be using a staggered or alternate-day schedule, but it will offer families an at-home learning option.
The schools’ leadership team is still working on logistics for things like recess, eating in the cafeteria, and moving between classes. Zupin said the goal is to make sure students keep a safe distance without compromising important social opportunities.
N.J.-S.P.’s entire plan is expected to be released next week.
