The Oregon-Davis School Board is getting ready to hire a new superintendent. Board members will take comments on a proposed superintendent’s contract tonight. It calls for a base salary of $95,000 a year, plus benefits. The school board is expected to vote on the contract next Monday.
In other business tonight, the Oregon-Davis School Board will set lunch prices and instructional fees for the 2020-2021 school year. A public hearing will be held for the planned HVAC project and its financial arrangements. A few items related to the bond process will be up for the school board’s approval. Donations, food bids, and a memorandum of understanding with the Starke County Youth Club will also be considered.
Tonight’s Oregon-Davis School Board meeting starts at 6:00 in the junior/senior high school humanities room.
