The ribbon cutting ceremony at the Culver Beach Lodge is postponed. It was scheduled for June 20.
Culver Town Council members agreed that the ribbon cutting should be held later in the summer when the state opens up to full capacity and it’s safer for more people to gather in one space. They encourage social distancing when the event is rescheduled.
Postponing the event also allows the landscaping portion of the project to wrap up as the contractor has just needs a couple of days to get it done. Scheduling time for it has been an issue.
Culver officials will welcome all residents and OCRA officials at a date to be announced later.
