Starke County residents can view all property information on a new website.
At a Starke County Commissioners meeting in August, Starke County Auditor Rachel Oesterreich asked the commissioners to use $27,000 in CARES Act funding to start up a website where Starke County residents can look up all property information without coming in to the office. All of the property information would be found on the website, with the exception of the copy of the deed. She noted that residents can still come into the office if needed.
The commissioners approved the expense.
The website is facilitated through Low Tax Info and is up and running at https://lowtaxinfo.com/. All pertinent property tax data, accurate billing data and more is available on that website. Residents may even pay tax bills online and print a copy of the tax bill.
