Three people were arrested on Wednesday, October 21 after Plymouth Police Department officers learned a Starke County man with a warrant was present at a Plymouth business.
Officers arrived at the scene just before 4:30 p.m. ET and found a vehicle where 29-year-old Austin Salyer, of Knox, was a passenger. Following an investigation, the driver, 28-year-old Brandan Buckman, of Knox, was taken in custody for suspected possession of heroin. Kyra Kay Hite, 25, of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary charge of dealing in heroin, and Salyer was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. All three were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
