Hamlet Town Hall is closing to the public starting Wednesday. Clerk-Treasurer Kristina Pitts says the town has chosen to follow suit with Knox and North Judson.
She says residents can continue to pay their bills online, by mail, or at the drop box in front of the Town Hall. Town officials are available by phone at 574-867-3541 or by email at hamlettownhall@yahoo.com. Pitts says they’ll also be available for in-person appointments, if needed.
At this point, town council meetings are still expected to take place, as scheduled.
