The Pulaski County Commissioners recently finalized updates to the county’s hazardous materials response plan.
Emergency Management Agency Director Sheri Gaillard explained that most of the changes had to do with the tier two reporting facilities, including updating their lists of hazardous and extremely hazardous chemicals, as well as their emergency contacts.
