Upgrades to North Judson’s wastewater facilities are now complete. The town council approved the certificate of substantial completion last week, along with final pay applications.
Council members also approved a contract amendment for additional engineering services and other fees, but Sarah Prizio with Commonwealth Engineers said there was enough money in the project’s contingency budget to cover them.
