North Judson and Hamlet have announced the winners of their holiday decorating contests.
The winners of the 2020 Light Up North Judson contest were publicly announced during Monday’s town council meeting. The homes at 104 Lane Street and 205 Sycamore Street were the top two winners. They’ll each get a $125 prize. 103 Garden Street received an honorable mention.
In Hamlet, 109 South Starke Street took the first-place, $100 prize, with 310 West Davis Street winning $75 for second place, swapping places from last year. 505 East Oak Street came in third for the second year in a row for a $50 prize. The fourth-place winner was 208 West Jefferson Street, while 100 West Pearl Street was fifth, according to Clerk-Treasurer Kristina Pitts. They’ll each get $25.
