Pulaski County Bars, Restaurants Allowed to Reopen Friday

Pulaski County bars and restaurants will be allowed to reopen for inside dining Friday but with strict guidelines. They’ll be limited to 25 customers at a time and must close to the public by 10:00 p.m., according to a Facebook post from Pulaski County Health Department officials.

Tables must be at least six feet apart with no more than six people at each table and must be disinfected between parties. Bar seating is not allowed. No live bands, karaoke, or other entertainment is allowed, either. Employees have to wear masks, and guests must wear masks when they’re not eating or drinking.

Additionally, the Pulaski County Health Department notes that even though the county has moved to orange on the state’s metrics map, the red level guidelines still have to be followed for 14 days after the move. That means all gatherings are capped at 25 people, and K-12 extracurricular and co-curricular events are limited to participants, support personnel, and parents or guardians plus their minor children.
