Two Drivers Injured in Wednesday Morning Starke County Crash

Two drivers were injured in a crash in Starke County Wednesday morning.

According to the Starke County Sheriff’s Department, emergency responders were called to the intersection of State Road 10 and 200 E. at 7:45 a.m. CT where a passenger vehicle driven by 18-year-old Jaqueline Kennedy of North Judson reportedly failed to yield to the right-of-way of the driver of a pickup truck. 

Kennedy and the driver of the pickup, 47-year-old Bill Crase of North Judson, were transported to medical facilities for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.  One was airlifted from the scene.

The Starke County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Bass Lake-California Township Fire Department, North Judson-Wayne Township Fire Department, Lutheran Air, and Starke County EMS.
