A Wisconsin woman was arrested at a LaPorte County gas station Friday morning. Indiana State Police say they were talking to the occupants of a silver Lexus at the Speedway at U.S. 20 and U.S. 35, when they noticed the smell of burnt marijuana. Troopers say they then found several hypodermic needles. One of them reportedly contained a brown substance.

Nicole Orlopp, 36, of Waukesha, Wisconsin was taken to the LaPorte County Jail, where two plastic baggies with suspected narcotics were reportedly found on her person. She’s accused of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic needle. Formal charges will be considered by the LaPorte County Prosecutor’s Office.
