Indiana residents who are 30 and older can now make an appointment to receive a free COVID-19 vaccine.
Monday’s eligibility expansion makes the vaccine available to more than 840,000 additional Hoosiers.
Beginning Wednesday, March 31, residents age 16 and older will be able to schedule a vaccine appointment.
Appointments will extend over the next few weeks to coordinate with vaccine deliveries to the state. Anyone looking to schedule an earlier appointment can search for availability in surrounding areas.
To schedule an appointment, visit https://ourshot.in.gov and select a location from one of more than 530 clinics around the state. People can call 211 if a computer is not readily available. Scheduling can also be done at one of Indiana’s Area Agencies on Aging or AARP.
Vaccination clinics that are part of the federal vaccine program, including those at Meijer and Kroger, appear on the clinic map at https://ourshot.in.gov but are scheduled through those retailers’ platforms, not through the state centralized system.
