A system allowing government officials to collect unpaid debt by intercepting state income tax refunds will be discussed during tonight’s Oregon-Davis School Board meeting. A memorandum of understanding for the Tax Refund Exchange and Compliance System will be presented for the board’s approval. A similar agreement was approved by the Eastern Pulaski School Board earlier this month.
Board members will also consider the addition of girls softball clubs at the high school and junior high school levels next school year. The school board will also get an FFA report and consider this summer’s Supervised Agriculture Experience. Adjustments to the 2021-2022 calendar will be presented for the board’s approval, along with a recommendation to invest in a certificate of deposit at the First National Bank of Monterey.
Tonight’s Oregon-Davis School Board meeting starts at 6:00 in the Junior/Senior High School Humanities Room.
