The Tri-Township School Board will officially select a design-build firm for its high school relocation project tonight.
Performance Services was the only company to submit a proposal, according to Superintendent Kelly Shepherd, but he says it did get a favorable recommendation from the technical review committee last week. The project would add five classrooms to the existing Wanatah School, allowing the century-old LaCrosse building to close to students after the 2021-2022 school year.
In other business tonight, a school calendar, student discipline policy, and transfer student policy will be presented for the board’s approval. Board members will also get updates on summer school plans, technology upgrades, and roof maintenance.
Tonight’s Tri-Township School Board meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. at LaCrosse High School.
