N.J.-S.P. School Board to Discuss TRECS, Continuous Learning Plan Tonight

A system allowing school officials to collect unpaid debt by intercepting state income tax refunds will be discussed during tonight’s North Judson-San Pierre School Board meeting.

Eastern Pulaski and Oregon-Davis recently signed on to the Tax Refund Exchange and Compliance System, although O-D will likely avoid having to use it thanks to a debt relief grant. Now, N.J.-S.P. Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin is expected to discuss it with her board tonight.

Board members will also get updates on the school corporation’s COVID-19 response and building projects. Continuous learning and a list of other corporation plans will be up for approval.

Tonight’s North Judson-San Pierre School Board meeting starts at 5:30 CDT in the Central Office Board Meeting Room.
