The Culver Community School Board members took action Monday night to hire a director of student services.
Superintendent Karen Shuman said Erin Proskey was approved to fill that new position at the school corporation. Proskey will take care of student assessment and reporting, among other duties.
Proskey is the Culver Elementary School principal. With Proskey’s new employment as the director of student services, that leaves her principal position open for hire. Superintendent Shuman said the position is posted on the school’s website.
Proskey has served as the Culver Elementary School principal since 2012.
