Drivers on U.S. 421 may encounter some delays north of LaCrosse for the next couple weeks. Starting Monday, NIPSCO will be using the southbound lane to replace transmission poles and straighten utility lines between LaPorte County Roads 1800 and 1850 South.
INDOT says flaggers will direct traffic around the lane closures. Drivers are urged to slow down and drive distraction-free.
