Parents Can Weigh In on North Judson-San Pierre’s Continuous Learning Plan Tonight

The North Judson-San Pierre School Board will take comments tonight on an updated continuous learning plan. As of last month, Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin was planning to drop the virtual learning option.

“Learning strategies to assist students in . . . the learning loss will be included, so we’ll have some strategies in there to help address that,” Zupin told the board in June. “And this approval in July will fulfill the requirement in order for us to use the ESSER funds.”

The school board will be asked to approve a stipend for staff members who’ve taken on extra duties during the COVID-19 pandemic. Board members will also get updates on the ESSER money, budget preparations, and the building projects.

Tonight’s North Judson-San Pierre School Board meeting starts at 5:30 CDT in the Central Office Board Meeting Room.
