The Culver Town Council recently approved contracts with companies for upcoming proposed projects.
A contract with Peerless Midwest was approved to do testing for a new well. The town council previously discussed putting a new well at the location of where the Evil Czech building once stood so that will be moving forward at a cost of $33,780. If the test is favorable, the town can begin the process as they see fit.
The council also approved an engineering contract to address water pressure issues near West Terrace and Fleet Parkway. It ties in with the third phase of the Lake Max Trail system that the town is working on with Culver Academies. That proposed cost is about $221,000.
