Officials with the Pulaski County Broadband Task Force are urging Pulaski County residents to take the Indiana Farm Bureau internet speed test.
The task force is seeking funding for increased broadband internet infrastructure in Pulaski County and the speed test will collect data about an individual’s broadband service experience. It creates a real-time map that helps plan improvements to internet availability to the community.
The test is available at www.infb.org/speedtest and should be done on a home computer or a mobile device connected to the home’s internet connection. If residents don’t have access to internet, state that on the form on a mobile device.
The testing window is open through Tuesday, January 18.
