The Pulaski County Election Board members held a candidate challenge hearing Tuesday evening at the Pulaski County Courthouse.
One challenge was heard against Robert M. Keller, Jr. who filed as a Democrat for Pulaski County Council District 3. The challenge was that Keller did not vote Democrat in two past Primary Elections. The board voted to remove his name from the ballot.
They agreed that he would have made a good candidate, but the board needed to uphold the rule set forth by the state.
