Gomez, Cathy Hensell, Robert Hensell, Larry J. Jernas, David V. Kesvormas, Dylan C. Lewandowski, Republican Bernadette Welter-Manuel, Mandy M. Thomason, and Greg Wireman.

Two Republican candidates will be on the Primary ballot for Starke County Commissioner District 2.  They are Donald E. Binkley and Incumbent Bryan Harold Cavender.  Only one will move to the General Election.

Two Republicans and one Democrat have filed for Starke County Council District 4 so a race has formed on the Republican ticket.  Voters will choose between Tom A. DeCola and Cassandra Hine for the Republican candidate for that seat to meet Democrat Clayton Redlin in the General Election.

Seven candidates have filed for Starke County Sheriff.  The Republican candidates on the Primary ballot include Dennis A. Fornelli, Jack E. Rosa, Jr., and Greg Wireman.  The Democrat candidates are Kelly J. Fisher, Robert E. Olejniczak, Jr., Brack D. Rowe, and Harold L. Smith.  The candidates from each party with the most votes will move to the General Election.

Democrat Sheri Bartoli and Democrat Laura J. McIntosh have field for California Township Trustee.

Two Democrat candidates will run to face Incumbent Republican Jackie Walorski in the November General Election for U.S. Representative, Second District.  Democrats Stephen Kurant and Paul D. Steury will be on the Primary ballot in May.  Incumbent Indiana Senator Todd Young will face Danny Niederberger on the Republican ticket for that seat, while Democrats Haneefah Khaaliq, Valerie McCray and Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. will be on the Primary ballot for Indiana Senator.

The May Primary Election is Tuesday, May 3.  A full candidate list can be found on the Election Central page on this website.
