The North Judson-San Pierre School Board members reviewed changes to the COVID-19 Continuous Learning Plan during their meeting last week.
Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin said the action that followed reflected the updates from the CDC.
“All we did on that plan is reflect the latest CDC/IDOE guidelines for schools,” commented Dr. Zupin. “Basically, that’s ending the mandatory contact tracing and the quarantining of the close contacts. We just updated that to bring everything up to speed.”
Additionally, Dr. Zupin asked the board to submit summer school estimate costs. She stated that summer school will be conducted at the North Judson-San Pierre Elementary School and the cost estimates are due to the state by April 1. The programs and classes to be offered will be released in May.
