The Culver Planning Commission and the Culver Town Council will hold public hearings next week on a request to rezone the former City Tavern property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Several investors purchased the property at 415 Lakeshore Drive and would like to rezone the property as a PUD. Site plans are available at the Culver Town Hall for public viewing.
The Culver Planning Commission will hold a special meeting to host a public hearing at 5 p.m. ET, Tuesday, March 8, at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street. The Culver Town Council members will then hold a public hearing concerning the same request during their regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
