The North Judson-San Pierre School Board members approved the purchase of new iPads when they met last week, according to Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin.
“Our business manager and tech director have been working together to fund this purchase,” explained Dr. Zupin. “We are using the ECF – Emergency Connectivity Funds – to pay for this purchase so we’re fortunate to have that. These iPads will replace older generation iPads.”
In all, 246 new devices are being purchased. The corporation received $93,000 in the second round of Emergency Connectivity Funds that must go toward the purchase of the devices.
