Eastern Pulaski School Board Welcomes New Dean of Students

The Eastern Pulaski School Board approved the hire of a new dean of students last week, according to Superintendent Dara Chezem.

“Mr. Tony Stesiak is coming from Rochester with 27 years of experience and will be our Middle School and High School Dean of Students.  You may remember that he was approved at a special board meeting last month as our Girls Basketball coach,” said Chezem.

Chezem added that the board also approved the retirement of a long-time teacher.

Chezem continued, “Mrs. Lori Cunningham – she will be retiring at the end of the school year.  She’s taught our first grade students for 36 years. As I told the board, I was reflecting on her tremendous career and the number of students she’s impacted and I realize that number has to be well over 600 students whose lives she’s touched.  Lori’s knowledge and experience will be greatly missed and very hard to fill.  I wish her all the best.”
