The City of Knox Family Fun Day opens at 2 p.m. CT at Wythogan Park on Saturday, July 2.
The Fourth of July parade down Main Street leads the way to the start of activities at the park.
The gates open at Wythogan Park at 2 p.m. with Jam Karaoke, the Indiana National Guard with a rockwall and kids activities, pony rides, and registration for a cornhole tournament with the event at 3 p.m. Registration for the Yellow River duck race starts at 2 p.m. with the race at 4:30 p.m., and the Sandra Lee Studio of Dance will present a “Rock Performance” at 3 p.m. Registration for the burnout contest is at 4 p.m. with the contest starting at 5 p.m. Kalita, the master of magic, will have a show at 5:30 p.m., Pro Wrestling King starts at 6 p.m. and the band BS Unplugged plays at 6 p.m. The fireworks start around 9:30 p.m. CT.
Parking at Wythogan Park will be $10 per vehicle. A tram service will be available throughout the day at various locations for visitors who park around the courthouse and surrounding lots.
There will be a beer garden and food vendors at the park.
