U.S. 421 between U.S. 30 and Wanatah Road in La Porte County will be closed on or after Monday, July 11 for bridge work.
Indiana Department of Transportation officials say contractor RAM Construction Services will close the bridge over the CF&E Railroad and Bailey Road for approximately one week for a bridge deck overlay preventative maintenance project.
The official detour will follow U.S. 30, State Road 49 and State Road 8.
