Over 40 percent of Pulaski County voters turned out at the polls for the November 8 General Election.
In local contested races, Republican Jon Maxwell Frain won the Pulaski County Coroner’s race over Democrat Charles E. Heinsen, and Republican Jerome C Locke won the Pulaski County Council District 3 race over Democrat Josh Stacy and Independent Robert M (Bob) Keller, Jr. Locke joins Republicans Bradley J. Bonnell, Jeffery K Richwine, and Michael Troy (Big Mike) Tiede who were uncontested on the ballot.
The three candidates to receive the most votes for the three available seats on the Monroe Township Board were Republicans Jeremy Beckner, Mackenzie Ledley and Isaiah Tidwell, while the three candidates to receive the most votes for the three available seats on the Salem Township Board were Republicans Jennifer Johns, Charles R Yeoman, and Gregory C Stone. The three candidates with the most votes for the three Tippecanoe Township Board seats were Republican Tedmund R. Bauer, Democrat Steve Shank, and Democrat Kelli Denton.
Timothy L Rausch defeated Sheila Jimenez for the Eastern Pulaski School Board Franklin Township seat, and Joey A Cunningham defeated Alan C (Gooch) Anspach for the Eastern Pulaski School Board Harrison Township seat. They join Eastern Pulaski School Board candidate Aaron T Campbell who was uncontested on the ballot for the Indian Creek Township seat. Todd A Miller defeated Lindsey M Geyer for the West Central School Board Salem Township seat. Miller joins West Central School Board member Jeffrey D Lowry who was uncontested in the the Beaver Township seat, and Kyle P McTeigue who was uncontested in the Cass Township seat on the ballot.

There were 1,192 early votes cast in Pulaski County while 2,659 people turned out to vote on Election Day.
