Knox Mayor Dennis Estok reminded residents during the City Council meeting Tuesday, the Freeze Warning expired.
Customers were allowed to leave water running from only one faucet (preferably the bathtub faucet) the size of a pencil lead until January 24th. Customers should now turn off any faucet that was left running during this Freeze Warning to avoid additional usage charges.
Any questions or problems should be directed to the Knox Water Department at 574-772-3032. Water-related emergencies should be relayed to the Starke County Sheriff’s Department where the Water Department will be notified immediately.
