The North Judson-San Pierre School Board held more discussions about implementing preschool and daycare during their meeting Tuesday.
Dr. Zupin shared information about partnering with SEEDS to provide preschool and daycare to staff members and community members.
Space is available for additional preschool rooms due to the recent renovations completed at the Elementary School. Dr. Zupin also spoke about converting the current central offices into a daycare and toddler program. The Central Office would potentially move to the old Middle School office and conduct day-to-day operations there as well as board meetings.
Board members spoke favorably about the preschool and daycare opportunity. Dr. Zupin told WKVI News she will be asking for formal approval next month and will continue to work with SEEDS and the North Judson-San Pierre Maintenance Department to work through the details.
