A mutual aid agreement was passed unanimously at a recent North Judson Town Council meeting.
The mutual aid agreement will provide protection from any lawsuits resulting from injury while firefighters are assisting one another. Each fire department will be responsible for its own crews.
In other news, building upgrades continue on the North Judson City Hall building.
North Judson Utility Department crews have been working on upkeep and upgrades at City Hall over the last few months. The executive meeting room has been repainted and rearranged.
A lighted plaque containing pictures of everything North Judson was donated by the Simon Speed Shop in Hamlet.
