The Eastern Pulaski School Board approved the 2023 summer school schedule during their meeting last week.
Superintendent Dara Chezem told WKVI News, summer school will begin May 30 and run through June 16. She said it will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET. She added the Elementary and Middle School will have jump start summer school beginning July 26 until August 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ET.
It was announced bus transportation will be furnished as well. Chezem said the provided transportation is being done through the ESSER funds the corporation received during COVID. She stated teachers will be reaching out to families to let them know about what programs the corporation is offering this summer.
