An additional appropriations ordinance was passed unanimously by the Winamac Town Council at a recent meeting.
By passing this ordinance, the town of Winamac may appropriate $42,000 from the Riverboat Fund, $100,000 in Economic Development Income Tax, and $418,834 from the American Rescue Plan Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, for a grand total of $560,834.00.
The Winamac Town Council held a session for public input for which no one was in attendance. The council then voted unanimously to pass the ordinance.
