North Judson has a new nurse practitioner.
The Northwest Medical Group recently welcomed nurse practitioner Sidnee Majchrzak who joined the family medicine practice of Jennifer Frasure, FNP, at Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care located at 701 W. Talmer Ave. in North Judson.
Majchrzak received her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global in West Lafayette and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Northwest in Westville. She specializes in general and preventive medicine for patients and provides treatment for acute illness and chronic conditions such as arthritis and high blood pressure.
