The North Judson-San Pierre School Board will meet tonight where they will officially hire a new superintendent.
Kelly Shepherd is slated to be the next superintendent. Former Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin left the school corporation at the end of June to take a similar position at the Benton Community School Corporation.
In other business tonight, the board will consider the adoption of the 2024 Capital Projects Plan and the 2024 Bus Replacement Plan, along with the advertised budget reduction resolution and a resolution that would transfer amounts from the Education Fund to the Operation Fund.
The board will also consider the approval of the Knox, North Judson-San Pierre and Oregon-Davis Special Education Shared Services agreement.
Reports will also be given by the superintendent, building principals, maintenance and facilities director, and the athletic director.
The North Judson-San Pierre School Board will meet at 6 p.m. CT tonight in the Central Office Board Meeting Room at 801 Campbell Drive in North Judson.
