The North Judson Town Council members are looking at the 2024 budget.
Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe told the council members this week that revenues and appropriations have been sent to Baker Tilly for analysis and the budget has been reconciled through the middle of this year.
The council will be talking more about the budget as a whole during their first week in September. They will go over the General Fund, Motor Vehicle Highway, CCI, CCD, CEDIT, and Police Continuing Education Funds. A public hearing will be held to take comments on the proposed budget once notice is sent to the Department of Local Government Finance and the Indiana Gateway website.
In other news, the North Judson Town Council approved the 2023 Capital Assets reporting agreement.
