The Knox City Council members will meet tonight where they will hold the second reading on the proposed budget. The council is also anticipated to adopt the budget during tonight’s meeting.
They will also consider the first reading of the 2024 salary ordinance.
Mayor Dennis Estok and Clerk-Treasurer Cyndi Mann-Kidder will provide reports to the council.
The Knox City Council will meet at 6 p.m. CT tonight at the Knox City Hall at 101 W. Washington Street.
