The Oregon-Davis School Board members approved the advertisement of the proposed 2024 budget when they met last week.
According to the Notice to Taxpayers listing on the Indiana Gateway website, the advertised Referendum Fund is about $1.2 million, the Rainy Day Fund at $800,000, the Education Fund at about $4.3 million, the Operations Fund at about $3.4 million, and the Post Retirement/Severance Fund at $180,000.
All funds in the budget total $11,060,971.
The public hearing on the budget will be held Wednesday, September 20 at 6 p.m. CT a in the Humanities Room at the Oregon-Davis Jr./Sr. High School at 5990 N. 750 E. in Hamlet.
