Early voting for the November Municipal General Election for the City of Knox begins Saturday.
Registered voters in the city limits of Knox will be allowed to vote in this election.
In-person early voting will be at the Starke County Courthouse Saturday, October 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT; Monday, October 30 through Friday, November 3 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT; Saturday, November 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT; and Monday, November 6 from 8 a.m. to noon CT.
Travel board members will begin taking out ballots to those who request the service this week. Call the Starke County Clerk’s Office for qualifications and an application at 574-772-9160.
Applications for mail-in absentee ballots will be taken until Thursday, October 26. The Starke County Clerk’s Office has received about 40 ballots and over 50 applications have been received. The ballots will be not be counted until Election Day.
In-person Election Day voting will be Tuesday, November 7 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT at the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center in Knox.
